Colette Sabbagh, MD
Chair
Colette joined Sinclair Health Clinic’s leadership in 2020 and is a long-time advocate for patient-focused and culturally competent care. Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Colette currently serves the community as a pediatrician at Pediatric Associates of Winchester. Her big heart has her volunteering not just on the clinic’s board, but also volunteering every week in the Clinic. Colette has a long history of service to the community. She has served as Medical Director and on the board of directors of the Make A Wish Foundation in Maine, and served on the Board of Directors of the Maine Discovery Museum, Winterport Open Stage Community Theater, Penobscot Theater Company and the Bangor Symphony Orchestra.
Lynn Jennings
Vice Chair
Ms. Jennings joined Catholic Medical Mission Board, Inc. (CMMB) in July of 2019. She is responsible for championing a comprehensive, strategic, and integrated approach to secure, retain and grow revenue through corporate, foundation, organization, U.S. government and multi-lateral grants and partnerships. Prior to joining CMMB, Ms Jennings served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Hispanic Scholarship Fund where she managed the corporate partnership portfolio. Previously, she worked at Project HOPE, an international Global Health non-profit organization.
Vice Admiral Daniel Abel, USCG, Ret.
Secretary
Vice Admiral Dan Abel (retired) served over 37 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, culminating as its Chief of Operations. Other senior roles included leading all Coast Guard units in the Northeast U.S. and later forces in Alaska and the emerging Arctic. Interagency and joint military roles included Chief of the COVID Joint Coordination Cell for the Secretary of HHS, Director of Operations of U.S. Southern Command, and Deputy Director of Operations at U.S. Northern Command. Flying helicopter and jet aircraft, he commanded Coast Guard Air Stations in San Francisco and Cape Cod. He holds degrees from the Coast Guard Academy, the National Defense University, and the College of William and Mary. He is President of the consulting firm “Status Paratus,” and a Senior Fellow for National Defense University and RAND Corporation. Admiral Abel is an Eagle Scout.
Robbie Marchant, MBA
Immediate Past Chair
Ms. Robbie Marchant currently serves on the Sinclair Health Clinic board. She has worked as the Financial Services Director (CFO) for Timber Ridge School, a residential treatment facility for middle and high school boys, for over 12 years. She received her MBA from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and BA from Princeton University. Robbie also serves on the Board of Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative and the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Winchester.
Lori Brown, RN, BSN,MS
Board Member
Lori Brown brings over 25 years of hospital and healthcare leadership experience with areas of care coordination, home health, transitional care management, and home infusion services. Lori received her BSN in Nursing from George Mason University as well as a MS in Health Systems Mangement. Outside of work, Lori spends time raising and showing horses.
Abigail Gómez, MFA
Board Member
Abigail Gómez is a Latinx visual artist, teaching artist, arts and community advocate, founder of Arte Libre VA, and owner of Pretty Girl Painting, a fine art and mural painting business. She received an MFA in painting from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and a BFA from Virginia Tech. Abigail currently teaches art and she is an Adjunct Art Professor at Shenandoah University. She also facilitates international community mural projects and American travel between the US and Cuba.
Abigail most recently served as a Commissioner on the Virginia Commission for the Arts, where she was an officer for three years and, most recently, the first Latina Chair of the VCA.
Kerryann Kenney
Board Member
Kerryann Kenney, is a lifelong champion for those marginalized in society, Kerryann volunteers with Church World Services, specializing in navigating the immigration system to reunify Afghan families. In 2020, during the Covid-19 crisis, she founded and led the Vaccine Angels grassroots team, facilitating over 4,000 vaccine appointments nationwide. Their impactful work garnered recognition on the Dr. Oz show and received commendation from the Governor of PA.
Outside her board responsibilities, Kerryann can be found contributing to the community at Oakstone Pizza, bussing tables. She cherishes quality time in downtown Winchester with her family—husband Bill and children Angelina and Max.
Anthony A. Miller
Board Member
Anthony A. Miller (Tony) is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus and founding director, Division of Physician Assistant Studies at Shenandoah University. He has over 45 years of experience in PA education and has held several educational leadership positions in Ohio and Virginia including former president of the PA Education Association.
Miller has received several state and national awards including the PA Education Association’s 2023 Distinguished Service Award. Tony is the president and principal advisor of T&T Education Consulting, LLC which provides consulting services to colleges and universities on issues of accreditation, assessment and faculty development..
Bryan Pearce- Gonzales, PhD
Board Member
Dr. Pearce-Gonzales is a professor of Hispanic Studies at Shenandoah University since 2005. As a vocal proponent of community service and community engagement, he serves on the Winchester Public School Board and the Board of Directors for the Scholars Latino Initiative in addition to the Board of Directors for the Sinclair Health Clinic. He is the proud father of three multilingual children and he and his partner are happy to call Winchester home.
Debra L. Purrington, J.D.
Board Member
Ms. Purrington has decades of experience in the law of trusts and estates and fiduciary administration. As Chief Fiduciary at the Bank of Clarke County, Debra continues a longstanding tradition of accomplished fiduciary services. She is responsible for trust regulatory compliance, oversees all trust and estate administration, mentors a successful team of experienced trust and investment professionals, and develops fiduciary systems, products, and services. Debra has counseled many fiduciaries and led a segment of U.S. Trust, Bank of America, where she earned national recognition for fiduciary excellence.
Brad Rogers, MHA

Brad Rogers, MHA, is chief operating officer of Valley Health Medical Group and vice president of Valley Physician Enterprise. He joined the hospital system in August 2021. Rogers has over 10 years of senior healthcare management experience with a focus on physician practice management. Prior to joining Valley Health, Rogers was vice president of operations at Lexington Medical Center in South Carolina. During his 25-year healthcare career, Rogers has built high-performing teams to assist physician practices in maximizing patient experience and optimizing physician efficiency and productivity.

El Dr. Terry Louis Sinclair falleció el viernes 26 de noviembre de 2021. Terry deja un legado duradero de curación y comunidad. Terry fue uno de los voluntarios originales que establecieron la Clínica Médica Gratuita en 1986 para ayudar a los vecinos que enfrentaban dificultades financieras a obtener una excelente atención médica. Se ofreció como Director Médico voluntario durante más de 30 años y fue nombrado Director Médico Emérito en 2017 y la Clínica pasó a llamarse en honor a él y a su servicio.
Terry se graduó en Johns Hopkins y obtuvo su doctorado en medicina en la Universidad de Michigan en Ann Arbor. Después de completar su residencia quirúrgica en la Universidad de Missouri, sirvió en la Marina de los EE. UU. durante la Guerra de Vietnam, lo que le brindó conocimientos y capacitación de primera mano en cirugía de traumatología. Se mudó con su familia a Winchester en 1974.
Terry se desempeñó como presidente del personal del Winchester Medical Center y luego, después de una carrera de 25 años como cirujano. Fue contratado como vicepresidente senior de Asuntos Médicos de WMC y Valley Health System, cargo que ocupó durante 17 años.
