No Show Policy

Thank you for trusting your health to Sinclair Health Clinic. When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Help us make sure everyone can get the care they need when needed by keeping your appointment or canceling with at least 24 hours’ notice.

In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments or miss three appointments within a three-month time frame without providing any prior notification to Sinclair Health Clinic, you will be temporarily discharged from our practice for a period of six months. After this six-month period, you may reapply to our practice for continued care.
