Therapy Services

Therapy services are provided to help individuals who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being.  These issues are approached holistically utilizing a wellness model that focuses on the integration of the person as a whole and focuses on the individual’s strengths while considering fulfillment, self-worth, emotional stability, coping skills, and relationships.  Clients are encouraged to share emotions and experiences in a safe and non-judgmental environment with a collaborative approach to defining goals, planning action, and gaining insight into how to grow and heal.
