Emotional Wellness & Mental Health

Mental health is just as important as physical health, if not more so. We care about the whole person, not just their bodies. Our patients have access to an array of mental health services to ensure emotional wellness. Patients do not need a diagnosis before getting help. Sometimes- especially now during the pandemic- even a few sessions can help patients develop new strategies and skills to reduce stress, manage grief, and restore emotional wellbeing.

Counseling is all about you. While a friendship is a two-way street with give-and-take, counseling is all about you, how you are feeling, and how to get you to a better place.

For patients with more severe mental health issues, such as severe depression or anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia we have a talented team of staff and volunteer psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners who can help. They can help determine your best treatment plan, and sometimes, medications are part of that plan.
